Physical Education Expectations
We understand students will experience a variety of mixed emotions when heading into physical education. We acknowledge some students may be receiving additional support and services. All students are expected to exhibit the following behavior as best as possible during physical education class time:
- Try your best at all times
- Keep your hands to yourself and maintain personal space when possible
- It is okay to make mistake but to learn from the mistake is important
- If there is a disagreement or conflict, use the rock, paper, scissor method to resolve it first
- Be respectful to your peers and the teachers
- Be a good sport and help others when possible
- Have fun and move on!
Behavior Report/ Note:
We understand that on rare occasions, students maybe having a difficult experience in Physical Education that warrants a quick note and reminder that maybe sent home to the parents/ guardians when possible. We try to share the experience so it becomes a learning experience for everyone but most importantly, everyone is informed about the student's difficult experience. If it needs to be re-examined closely, please contact the physical education teacher directly for an scheduled appointment when possible.
