Physical Education Class Updated Structure Guideline:
We understand that this year is a challenging year in dealing with the pandemic. During P.E. class, we do are best to return to as normal practice as possible which include: Warm-up, core activities, and cool down activities. However in order to maintain the safety and well-being of our students and staff member, we model our physical work and appropriate outcomes with a blended learning model approach. We integrate technological resources along with building the motor skill concept during P.E. time. This also may change and vary depending on the school district's health guidelines.
During the winter months, this will occur frequently in order to help with sanitization process of equipment and to increase the social distance range for the protection of the staff and all students. Although mask breaks are built in the class in a safe manner, the focus for all is to connect and maintain physical fitness due to these new variables that we deal with daily.
We ask all to understand the physical education class is not the same as in the past as expected. We appreciate the students' understanding and appreciate your patience as we get through this together!
