Cardio Drumming
This is a great way to get a good cardiovascular workout using simple equipment. It allows students to build on rhythm, and beats along with fitness and movement. This is our blended learning approach to combine technology skills with music and movement. Let's have some fun!
Equipment:
Some of the equipment you may need are: bucket, ball, and drumsticks. If you are at home, you can use your pencil, frying pan, pillows to create the sounds of the beats with the movement pattern. Try it and have some fun with it!
